A Woman-Owned Orlando Catering Company
Celebrates 15 Years with Expansion into Niche New Markets and Trendy New Concepts
February 1, 2014 (Orlando, FL) – A woman-owned business, giving back and taking names. Kimberly Pearson, owner and Creative Director or Pearson’s Catering started at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead and moved to open her very own warehouse chic location in the trendy Ivanhoe district. Chef Kim began making an impression on Orlando when she moved to Florida 15 years ago, where one of her first projects was to open the café at Florida Hospital’s Celebration Health. She quickly became known for her original food concepts, all natural recipes and attention to every detail.
In addition to being featured in Orlando Life and Orlando Style Magazine, she is especially excited about her newest affiliation with the Mall at Millenia store Carmen Steffens for their Fashion Event Series. Kim was also recently nominated for the 2014 Orlando Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award.
Kim and her team at Pearson’s are regulars on the Orlando Philanthropic scene; donating to many important causes. Learn more at Pearson’s Gives Back.
Pearson’s Catering enjoys being a preferred vendor at Lake Highland Preparatory School. Founded in 1970, it is the largest private school in Orlando.
Go Knights!! Pearson’s Catering had the honor of being a part of the Golden Anniversary Event to celebrate the University of Central Florida with a showcase of culinary delights prepared by local chefs, representing area restaurants. It was both a memorable evening of celebrating with food, fun, and entertainment and a look back at UCF through five decades of history.
In addition to her luxury catering, for which she is well known, she offers a Central Florida business a healthy office lunch delivery program, Kim launched a Gift Basket service late last year.
