My name is Kim Pearson, Executive Chef & Owner of Pearson’s Catering. I love to cook, have great passion for people, and enjoy when people love what they eat. I am a Florida State University graduate with a degree in retail merchandising & a Johnson & Wales University, magna cum laude, graduate with a Culinary Arts degree.
My culinary career started at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia. After working under French chefs, I broadened my professional skills by working in a variety of restaurants. I also helped open the café at Florida Hospital’s Celebration Health, where I designed menus, produced special events, and taught children’s cooking classes. My credentials & references are outstanding & I have been serving the Orlando area since 1994.
My name is Dan Shier, Co-Owner of Pearson’s Catering. I have over twenty-five years of experience in sales, marketing and management. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and I attended both Rio Grande College and Middle Tennessee State University. I joined the Pearson’s Catering team in 2011. In my spare time, I enjoy golf, water sports, professional football and spending time with Kim.
